Apple offers $500,000 bug bounty for IOS

Apple finally decided to launch a bug bounty program for it's IOS.

Apple is offering up to $200,000 to security researcher for disclosing valid crucial bugs or vulnerability in IOS privately. However Exodus Intelligence upped the game on Tuesday by raising the bug bounty up to $500,000 for disclosing the valid IOS bugs.

The exploit traders has launched a hit list of most wanted exploit for software including Apple IOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Adobe Flash. The company will reward up to $500,000 to researcher for crucial bug in IOS 9.3 and above

Apple is offering almost double the top reward offered by Google. In November, peddler Zerodium awarded 1 million dollar for demonstrating the Apple IOS exploits.
